设计师起薪在1万以上，具体数目可以谈，如果合适，会有很好的奖金和加薪机会，地点为上海。由于工作本身平台较高，同时共事的都是高学历职业人士，要求设计师通基本的英文。基本要求是5-10年设计经验，其中3年左右管理经验，对面料（尤其衬衫）精通，对服装产业和价值链有深刻理解，对中国男装市场的有敏锐的嗅觉，有很强的职业操守和个人品德。具体要求见下：
We are a VC-invested startup that focuses on business and casual attires for professional men aged between 25 - 35. We are currently looking for a senior designer to join our senior management team that will be an integral part of our business operation.
The criteria are the following:
1. Preferrably male around 30
2. 5-10 years design experience with 3 years of management experience
3. hands-on knowledge of the industry and value chain
4. excellent communication skills (Chinese)
5. strong professional ethics and personal integrity
6. in-depth knowledge about the textiles and basic materials
7. solid grasp of Chinese male attire market trends
